We have stopped the activity, an induced coma. That has worked enough to turn the exponential growth of the spread of the virus into something that is no longer. Sweden has tried not to alter the economy with a less restrictive approach but it has not done much better. It has stopped, the planes have stopped, the discos, the cinemas, the theatres have stopped. We have stopped and with that we have stopped the virus. As a single reality, as composite entities, we have reacted together. The people who depend for their livelihood on that play whose premiere had to be cancelled have continued to eat, the cabbage on their plate grown on time has sometimes been paid for with social benefits. The states have reacted so that the halt in activity does not hit large sections of the population too hard. The people who are still unable to work have to a large extent continued to have a minimum subsistence capacity. This is strategic. It's raining, there's a storm, and in that trance we keep our swimsuits and beach towels, but we don't destroy them. The time will come when they will show their objective usefulness again.
