SHITIZEN ASSEMBLY first preparation meeting, June 6th 20:00. Wipplingerstrasse 23. Vienna
We are told we are full citizens but rather we feel like shit. We experience uncertainty in social rights, and absence of political rights. We work here, live here, pay taxes here but we cannot vote here. We cannot even decide about where to walk our dogs. We are told that our contributions are unwanted. Some of us even can be deported anytime.
We want to collect your experience, and put together a big assembly in the beginning of November 2017, the SHITIZEN ASSEMBLY. Regardless of who you are and what is your status (blue collar/white collar workers/refugee/economic migrant), bring us your testimony and let's discuss!

Article 9.
In all its activities, the Union shall observe the principle of the equality of its citizens, who shall receive equal attention from its institutions, bodies, offices and agencies. Every national of a Member State shall be a citizen of the Union. Citizenship of the Union shall be additional to and not replace national citizenship.
